Human Resource Recruiter - Fresher

About the Role

As a Human Resource Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for Accentrix Solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and maintaining a database of potential candidates.

You will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet the company's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top candidates and schedule interviews.
• Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the company culture.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, including interview notes and follow-up communications.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs, including creating job postings, managing job boards, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, including responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise job postings and communicate effectively with candidates.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
