About the Role
As an HR Recruitment & Management Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates. You will also be involved in managing talent acquisition strategies and developing a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR recruitment and management, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, including their resumes, interview notes, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, updating databases, and performing other tasks as required.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including employment law, employee relations, and benefits administration.
