HR Recruitment & Management Intern

About the Role

As an HR Recruitment & Management Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates. You will also be involved in managing talent acquisition strategies and developing a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, including their resumes, interview notes, and other relevant information.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, updating databases, and performing other tasks as required.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including employment law, employee relations, and benefits administration.
