About the Role
In this role as an IT Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for various IT positions within the company. This involves conducting boolean searches, reaching out to potential candidates, and evaluating their technical skills to ensure they are a good fit for the role.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of boolean searching techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in recruitment or a related field is a plus.
