Skills & Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of boolean searching techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in recruitment or a related field is a plus.
