About the Role
A CCTV Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the security and surveillance of a facility or area. The individual will be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, responding to alarms, and maintaining a high level of situational awareness to prevent or respond to security incidents.
This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.
The CCTV Operator will work closely with security teams to ensure that all security protocols are followed and that any incidents are reported and documented promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to security incidents

Skills & Qualifications

- 0-3 years of experience in a security-related role
- Strong understanding of CCTV systems and security protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Certifications in security or a related field (e.g., OSHA, CPR/AED)
