About the Role
As a Field Officer Sales- Vehicle Loan, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the vehicle loan segment. This involves building relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs. You will work closely with customers to assess their creditworthiness, process loan applications, and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the vehicle loan segment.

- Assess customer creditworthiness and process loan applications.
- Ensure timely disbursement of funds and maintain accurate records of loan transactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the auto finance or vehicle loan industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze customer creditworthiness and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of auto finance and vehicle loan products and services.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
