About the Role
As a Field Officer Sales- Vehicle Loan, you will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicle loans to potential customers, building relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Your day-to-day tasks will involve visiting clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing them with suitable loan options. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and loan applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the vehicle loan market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to determine their eligibility for vehicle loans.
- Provide clients with personalized loan options and recommendations based on their financial needs and creditworthiness.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and operations, to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess clients' financial situations and provide suitable loan options.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of auto finance and vehicle loan products, including terms, conditions, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to maintain accurate records and analyze sales data.
- Certification in sales or finance, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP), is a plus.
