Field Officer Sales- Liabilities

About the Role

As a Field Officer Sales- Liabilities, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting liability products such as saving accounts and BFSI services to retail customers in Mohali and Hisar. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

This role requires a strong understanding of retail banking and liability sales, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify sales opportunities through market research and customer interactions
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote liability products and services
• Meet and exceed sales targets by selling liability products such as saving accounts and BFSI services
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and share best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in retail banking and liability sales

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector
• Strong understanding of retail banking and liability sales principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of lead generation and sales techniques
• Certification in sales or marketing would be an added advantage
