About the Role
As a Field Officer Sales- Liabilities, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals in the retail banking space. Your primary focus will be on liability sales, including saving accounts, BFSI, and cross-selling products. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the retail banking space, focusing on liability sales.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail banking or BFSI sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of retail banking products and services, including liability sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools, such as Salesforce.
