About the Role

Job Summary: The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to collaborating with hiring managers and coordinating onboarding. This role requires a keen understanding of hiring best practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Talent Sourcing: Use various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract candidates who align with our company culture and values. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define hiring requirements, and develop recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, representing the company's values and employer brand. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep accurate records of recruitment activities. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to keep recruitment strategies competitive. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines.
