About the Role
As an Administrative Associate at Aabasoft, you will coordinate between the CEO, employees, customers, and stakeholders. You will track tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and MOMs.
- Manage CEO office communications, mails, calls, and correspondence.
- Draft, proofread, and maintain confidential documents.
- Organize company events, conferences, and business meetings.
- Handle travel bookings, expense reports, and administrative activities.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to requests and queries from senior management.
What You'll Need
- Maintain contact databases, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Support visitors and ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage multiple priorities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
