About the Role
As a Voice and Chat Process Associate at 3G HR Services, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues via phone and chat platforms. You will work closely with the customer support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve their issues via phone and chat platforms.
- Respond to customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers via phone and chat.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and compliant customer interactions.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve communication and customer service skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
