Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bardez. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving resort bookings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales pitches, managing inquiries, developing client proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to identify promotional strategies and market trends while maintaining accurate sales records. Qualifications Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients Knowledge of hospitality, tourism, or luxury resort services is preferred Ability to multitask, coordinate with teams, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in CRM software and basic MS Office tools Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field Problem-solving mindset and result-driven attitude Flexibility to work on-site in Bardez, Goa
