About the Role
In this role, you will be working on the International Voice Process, handling customer calls and providing top-notch service to clients across the globe. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to be adaptable and efficient in your work. As a representative of 24 7 ai, you will be the face of the company, and your excellent communication skills will be essential in building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and respond to their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively to meet deadlines.
- Participate in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
- Rotational shift work experience, if any.
