Full Stack Java designer/developer

About the Role

In this Full Stack Java designer/developer role, you'll be working on the development and design of software applications using Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies. Your primary focus will be on creating efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that meet the requirements of our clients. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and relevant frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Java, HTML, and CSS.
• Work with the QA team to identify and resolve bugs, and ensure smooth deployment of applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and contribute to the improvement of our development processes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
• Work on improving the performance, scalability, and security of existing applications.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Java programming language and its ecosystem.
• Experience with Spring Boot and its related frameworks.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including TypeScript and React).
• Familiarity with JPA and database design principles.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and GitLab.
• Basic understanding of Agile development methodologies and Scrum.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
