About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process team.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers by resolving queries, providing accurate information, and delivering prompt solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
- Follow company policies and ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction.
What You'll Need
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- HSC/Graduate can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Willingness to work in rotational, UK, US, or Australian shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
