Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via voice calls
- Provide top-notch customer support and ensure customer satisfaction

- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively address customer queries
- Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a positive attitude
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (freshers and graduates welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- High school certificate (HSC pass) or higher qualification
- Customer service experience (freshers welcome)
